Terms of Service

Updated September 16, 2026

Fluxvision Play offers free core games and optional Pro routines and insights. No earnings or training outcomes are promised. Payments currently operate in sandbox mode: no real charges, and sandbox access does not become a production membership.

Membership, renewal and refunds

Pro costs USD 4.99 monthly, USD 29.99 yearly, or USD 79 once for Lifetime. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically every month or 12 months. Final taxes, total and payment terms appear at Waffo Pancake checkout. Only your explicit purchase creates a payment obligation; free play and registration do not. Cancel future renewal from the membership page; access continues through the paid period, then returns to Free with scores retained. Failed renewal does not extend access.

Lifetime includes this account's Pro features and updates while this product operates, not third-party fees, human services or separate future products. Another plan can be purchased after existing access and renewal obligations end, to avoid overlapping charges. Request refunds using payment-receipt support, subject to applicable Waffo Pancake terms and statutory rights. A fully refunded current payment no longer grants access; partial refunds do not automatically revoke all access. Cancel renewal before deleting your account. Account deletion is not a refund request.

Use and accounts

Play as a guest or create an account for cloud progress. Protect your credentials, do not impersonate others, access others' data or abuse the service. Third-party sign-in is also subject to the provider's terms. Local minimum-age and guardian-consent requirements apply; this service is not directed to children under 13.

Not a medical tool

Games are for recreation and practice. Scores reflect game rules, not IQ, brain age or clinical measurements. They do not diagnose, prevent or treat any condition. Stop if you experience eye strain, discomfort or dizziness.

Beta and data

Features may change and service may be interrupted. Export important records regularly. We reasonably maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or no data loss. You may stop using the service, export records or delete your account in Settings. See our Privacy Policy. Nothing here excludes your statutory consumer rights.

限免、积分与社区 / Free events, points and community

全站限免期间，登录可使用 Pro 功能，无需付款或绑卡，到期不会自动收费。全站限免不是每个新用户独立的7天试用，实际结束时间以站内公告为准。基础玩法始终免费。

During a site-wide free event, signed-in users may use Pro without payment or a card. Expiry never creates a charge. A site-wide event is not a separate seven-day trial for each new user: the displayed end time applies. Core games stay free.

Rewards and community are 18+. Finish and sync a round to check in once per UTC day. Daily points start at 10, grow by 2 per consecutive day and cap at 22. The weekly board reflects participation, not intelligence or medical ability. No mass registrations, forged records, point farming or harassment.

A daily surprise costs 20 points, at most once a day. Regular odds: 5 points 85%, 15 points 10%, 50 points 4%, seven days Pro 1%. After nine draws without Pro, the tenth guarantees seven days Pro and resets the counter. Alternatively redeem 200 points for three days Pro once daily. Rewards start after the then-active free event and existing reward periods. Points cannot be purchased, transferred, cashed out or exchanged for money. Participation requires no payment; rewards are digital service access with no cash value.
